scientist in 2001 have developed a powder that can make clouds and rain disappear ... vanish ... go away ... to not RAIN upon the earth ....

sounds like elijah out of the bible and all .. or would that be priests of Baal ect .....

but in reality ... to many at first glance ... this would seem a good thing .. to prevent storms from harming people ... but take another look ....

what if ....

someone wanted to destroy a people or a place or gain control of them ....

could they also use this powder to stop the rain from them ... so their crops would not grow ... or water to even drink ...

many today only think of the good things of things ... but with all things r a two edged sword ....

and if one wanted to mis use something ... couldnt they .... YES they could ....

so the populace holds to the idea .... its a good thing .. when someone somewhere ... maybe even their own in power ... uses it for OTHER purposes ... against people ....
